Thanks – this Application has been invaluable to me since i purchased 3 weeks ago.

quick question:
I’m currently ‘on the road’ editing and shooting and so away from my MacPro – and am using a maxed out Macbook air and a couple of thunderbolt raids.

The Macbook Air only has 4GB ram (max) and I’m finding FCP X a lot more robust when I manage both projects and events (using your app) and only load what i am working on- is this a placebo effect 😉 or do loaded events and projects use up ram even when not in use?

Certainly managing events and projects is easy with your app (compared with manually moving the folders) and FCP X loads quicker- so i’m happy either way.

Larry Jordan has also noted that FCP X loads faster and works better when there are fewer Projects and Events loaded, so I think you’re seeing something real.
